The Metropolitan School for Professional Studies offers the following undergraduate degree programs:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies
These broad-ranging and flexible degree programs offer majors in three fields:
    • Interdisciplinary Studies – Four track options give students the choice of focusing their work on business, cultural and global awareness, social and ethical considerations, or renaissance thinking. Students also have many options in selecting courses to meet most of the core requirements.
    • Social Science – This major features a social sciences core with three track options: advanced social sciences, human services administration, and social entrepreneurship.
    • Social Work – The major in social work requires 54 credits of designated courses in the field of social work. Many of these courses are offered through the University’s National Catholic School of Social Service. These courses require a flexible schedule and a higher tuition rate. Graduates of the social work program may be eligible for advanced standing in the school’s M.S.W. program.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology
This is a career-oriented program with a strong liberal arts foundation. Students gain in-depth exposure to a wide range of information technology concepts, practices, and technologies. The program offers two tracks that enable students in this major to focus their studies in the areas of information technology specialist or health information technology.
