Undergraduate Programs

You are about to make a major decision. We can help.

The first thing to know is that you don’t have to declare a major right away. Catholic University offers an exploratory major designed to let you seek out your area of focus by taking classes in many different subjects before choosing the path that is right for you.

Whether you declare a major now or later, you can choose from among the 74 different degree programs offered at Catholic University, and you can combine your major with a second major or minors to broaden your educational experience and résumé.

No matter what major you choose, you can be sure your education at Catholic University will be grounded in a liberal arts core that draws upon the wisdom of the Catholic intellectual tradition. Whether you pursue STEM subjects, humanities, social sciences, business, or the arts, you will learn to approach the world with a Catholic Mind that sees the unity of all truth in the diversity of God’s creation.
